1. Introduction
Welcome to Minasaty.ai, an online learning platform based in Morocco that provides access to educational content, training programs, and digital learning resources. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. These Terms comply with Moroccan law (Law 31-08, Law 09-08, and Law 53-05) and align with GDPR international standards.
These Terms are established in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including:
- Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection,
- Law No. 09-08 on personal data protection, and
- Law No. 53-05 on electronic transactions, aligned with international data protection and consumer standards such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Definitions
- Platform: Minasaty.ai, including website, app, and services.
- User: Any individual or organization that registers or browses.
- Content: Courses, videos, tests, and materials.
- Instructor/Partner: Any entity providing educational content.
3. Eligibility
- Be at least 16 years old, or have guardian consent.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Comply with all local and international laws.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Minasaty may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.
5. Use of the Platform
Access is for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Users agree not to copy, distribute, or resell content without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
- All platform content and design are protected by copyright and trademarks.
- Content remains the property of Minasaty or its instructors.
- Users receive a non-transferable license for learning purposes only.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Some services require payment or subscription. Fees are shown before purchase. Refunds apply only per the refund policy below.
8. Certificates
- Issued upon completion of course requirements.
- They reflect personal achievement, not academic degrees.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- Minasaty complies with Law 09-08 and the GDPR.
- Data is not shared with third parties without consent except when required by law.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited due to the digital nature of services. You may request a refund only if:
- Technical issues prevent access and cannot be fixed.
- Duplicate or unauthorized payments occur.
- Subscription canceled within 7 days of first purchase.
Requests must be sent to support@minasaty.ai. If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
Non-refundable cases: content already accessed or completed, dissatisfaction with teaching style, or expired refund period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes fall under Rabat jurisdiction.
Instructor Terms

These Instructor Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation as an instructor on the Minasaty.ai platform, operated by Microintegrale S.A.R.L. under the brand Minasaty.ai.
1. License to Minasaty
By publishing content, instructors grant Minasaty.ai an exclusive, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to host, adapt, promote, distribute, and include courses in bundles or certifications. Minasaty may edit or remove content to maintain quality or legal compliance.
2. Content & Conduct
- Courses must be original, lawful, and relevant to AI or digital education.
- No pornographic, extremist, hateful, or discriminatory material.
- No plagiarism, misleading information, or external data solicitation.
3. Revenue Model
Revenue share and pricing are defined individually in the Instructor Collaboration Contract. Negotiation pools start around a 60/40 base split and may vary per signed agreement.
4. Payments
- Payments are made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer.
- Minimum withdrawal: 3 000 MAD.
- Instructors are responsible for their own taxes and fees.
5. Ownership & Promotional Rights
Minasaty owns the platform and reserves the right to use or remove any course. Uploaded courses may be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes without additional compensation.
6. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, poor quality, or misconduct. No compensation is due for removed content.
7. Independent Contractor
Instructors act as independent contractors, not employees. Each instructor is responsible for compliance with tax and legal obligations.
Student Terms

These Student Terms govern your access to courses and learning materials on the Minasaty.ai platform.
1. Access & Use
- Personal, non-transferable access for individual learning only.
- Sharing, reselling, or recording course content is prohibited.
2. Conduct
- Maintain respectful communication with instructors and peers.
- No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.
- No scraping or hacking the platform.
3. Certificates
- Issued upon course completion; not equivalent to an accredited degree.
- May be revoked for fraud or academic dishonesty.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Fees displayed before purchase; processed securely.
- Refunds handled under the Refund Policy and Moroccan law.
- No refund once substantial access to the course has occurred.
5. Privacy
Personal data is processed under Law 09-08 and the Privacy Policy. Data is used only for educational and operational purposes.
6. Account Termination
- Accounts may be suspended for rule violations.
- Students may request deletion via support@minasaty.ai.
