Because digital content is made available immediately after purchase, refunds are limited to specific justified cases.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted if:

  • You encounter a technical issue preventing access to purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
  • You were charged in error, such as a duplicate or unauthorized payment.
  • You cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase (first-time subscription only).
